WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT
Easley Bible Methodist Church?

You will immediately sense a warm and friendly welcome from several of our people and find a very comfortable sanctuary in which to worship. If you come for Sunday school, you will be assisted and directed to the class of your choice.

So far as dress, most of our people wear casual or dress clothing that is modest.

You may be wondering about offerings. We do receive offerings during Sunday school and the Morning Worship service, but they are always freewill offerings. As our guest, you are not expected to give anything. Participation is your own choice.

Our worship style is traditional. We sing the old hymns and gospel songs and choruses. We usually have special vocal or instrumental music presented by a soloist or group.

Our pastor preaches from the Word of God, messages designed to challenge, encourage or inspire, and teach.

You will be invited to participate in church-hosted events, such as the Sunday evening fellowships after church, various picnics and dinners, revival services, Women’s Meetings, Men’s Fellowship, Youth activities, seasonal occasions such as the Fall Picnic, Easter and Christmas events, and other special services and activities. One very special event we have found that God blesses is the Men’s Prayer Meeting which occurs on Sunday mornings at 8:00 AM.

You will also be welcomed to enjoy various Conference events, one of which is the Annual Campmeeting at the Agan Tabernacle near Pell City, Alabama, the first week of July.
